We had a slight problem with an FTD order. George the owner personally interceded and fixed it with a lovely arrangement. His consideration and attention much appreciated. I would definitely use them again, not hesitate to recommend them.

By 3:30 p.m. on Saturday , Oct.5th we rec'd a picture message of our 90 year-old Grandmother beaming with her beautiful birthday flowers .
