Dear George,(@Commack Florist) George, Taylor and myself would like to thank you a thousand thanks for your quick thinking and problem-solving in reference to the absolutely beautiful cake of flowers arrangement that you delivered for us. As you know we ordered them online from Florida to be delivered to nearby your shop in Huntington. By 3:30 p.m. on Saturday , Oct.5th we rec'd a picture message of our 90 year-old Grandmother beaming with her beautiful birthday flowers . I can't tell you how happy we were to see how happy she was considering we could not be there for her special day ,your flowers were definitely the next best thing! Always patient!! Everyone there is courteous and whenever we order we are never made to feel rushed. The pricing is always reasonable and most times lower than competitors. The arrangements are exquisite! The potted plants that we receive for all holidays are well cared for and last longer than expected.

My father had died and a family member ordered a $150 basket. The basket came with expired cheese, crackers, and beef jerky. I called the florist and they asked me to send them a picture and we're not very apologetic. My father just died do you think I have time to send you a picture? We let the family member know about the expired food because it was an expensive basket. They called the florist and we were promised a new basket the very next day. The basket never came so the florist was called again they claimed they came but noone was home. We were not home for 2 hours. I check my door bell camera and the florist lied. Noone came within the 2 hours we weren't home. This issue has still not been resolved. A basket was promised again today...we will see I do not recommend this florist they are unprofessional and rude. My father had died I would have expected better. Update: they sent me a new basket as well as an apology basket. Apology accepted

George and his team of consultants and drivers are talented and reliable! I recently placed a sympathy arrangement order over the phone from out of state for local delivery to our family and they made extra efforts to ensure a timely delivery. The flowers were beautiful too!

We had an excellent experience during a very difficult time. My sisters and I needed to purchase a floral arrangement for our Mother’s funeral. We found a picture of an arrangement we knew would be perfect. Commack Florist did an incredible job, the piece was even more beautiful than we imagined it would be. A few months ago I needed to buy flowers for my friends Aunt who had passed away. I walked in and this really sweet gentleman put together a beautiful arrangement in such a short amount of time.
